We will be resuming the Annual VAVS Patient Carnival this year on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. The event will be held in the pavilion near Building 4 and the quadrangle area at the Alvin C. York Campus located at 3400 Lebanon Pike in Murfreesboro, TN. Attached you will find the carnival invitation letter and registration form. Please note the following:
Please bring your own tent if possible.
Please bring your own prizes/giveaway items.
We will be able to provide a table and two chairs per tent. If you have additional volunteers coming for your tent, please bring your own chairs.
The registration deadline is September 27, 2023.
In the event of inclement weather, we will hold the event on Friday, October 13th from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Please email the completed registration form to TVHVSS@va.gov
We will need a completed registration form for each tent. For example, if American Legion Post 5 and American Legion Post 8 are both participating, and they would each like their own tent, we will need a completed registration form for each post.
